Investment Strategy

The Fund invests in:

  • Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS)

  • Warehouse Notes

  • Asset-Backed Securities

  • Money Market Securities

All assets are selected with strict credit assessment and diversification controls.

  • Income is distributed monthly.

  • Reinvestment or direct deposit options available.

  • Applications accepted monthly.

  • Redemptions processed monthly with 30 days’ notice.

  • Redemption price based on Net Asset Value (NAV) per Unit.

Who Can Invest?
