The 1st Rate Mortgage is a low interest rate home loan with standard features. Don't pay for extra features that you don't need.

The 1st Rate Mortgage Home Loan has the Family Pledge feature which allows you to borrow the full property purchase price, plus an additional 10% to cover additional costs providing you have an immediate family member willing to offer security support.

Repayments

Portability and Flexibility

  • When you decide to move house you can take your home loan with you. Any home loan may be transferred to another acceptable residential property, saving you on loan stamp duty.
