I was referred to Mortgage House by a friend of mine who has a good relationship with their mortgage broker from Mortgage House. I was in the process of bidding for a property but wanted to secure funds before making an offer so I decided to take my friend's recommendation and meet with a broker. I was supposed to meet with my friends broker however he was away on leave at the time and I needed to urgently meet on a Saturday. Due to the short notice in my request for a meeting, I ended up dealing directly with Mortgage House founder and CEO Ken Sayer. This is very beneficial because it takes all the emotion out of buying property and allows us to focus on what matters and make decisions objectively with all the facts on the table.

I wanted to send my sincere thank you to everyone at the Mortgage house team. My wife and I had considered entering the investment property market, however knew very little about what was involved. I had been recommended to speak with Ken Sayer from Mortgage House by a personal friend. I organised a meeting with Ken where everything was explained to me at length. Ken, in the simplest terms explained what to look for in a property, how I should negotiate the process without emotion and then went on to explain not just how to enter the investment market but how to create wealth in general. We eagerly went on our way and found a property that delivered 2 incomes. However the 2nd dwelling had some work to do before it could be rented.
