Founded by Ken Sayer in the mid 1980's, Mortgage House
commenced its home loan operations as a Mortgage Broker. In 1998, operations
were broadened; Mortgage House became a Mortgage Manager/ Mortgage Originator,
responsible for the ongoing prudent management of the life of each home loan.
Today, Mortgage House is a home loan mortgage lender in its own right giving us
full flexibility in creating and delivering our loan products. Mortgage House
has retained its mortgage brokerage function so as to provide a complete array
