You require:

Comprehensive experience in HTML and CSS
Advanced Skills in Adobe Photoshop
Advanced Skills in Flash
3+ years Experienced ASP.NET Developer
3+ years Experienced VB.NET Developer
Experience with developing class libraries
3+ years SEO experience
Understand, execute and implemented SEO strategies
3+ years experience with SQL Server
